An extension to an existing distribution warehouse, on the North and South sides of the building, was carried out to treble storage capacity. The extension works had to be co-ordinated to cause minimum disruption to the existing warehouse which was still operational. Work was carried out on a twenty dour hour shift basis at one period when walls to the existing building were demolished to enable connection of new extension services into the existing services.
