    This project was for a hard refurbishment of 206 rooms including all corridors and lift lobbies. The project was programmed so that a floor at a time was taken out of use for the works to start. The hotel was still fully functional on all other floors, which gave our team some obstacles to get over.

    As the project was carried out in a fully operational shopping and leisure facility, this presented many working constraints that had to be overcome by detailed planning and phasing of the works.
