Our facilities management team look after planned and reactive maintenance for multi-sites for prestigious customers such as Marriott Hotels, Birmingham City University, and previously Centrica PLC. The services offered are tailored to meet the individual client’s requirements and offer building works, security, IT, Lifts and Fire alarm systems, on top of the standard Mechanical and Electrical works, offering clients a one-stop shop.

Each client is assigned a dedicated manager and workforce, whether they are site based or operating from our central office. The package also incorporates a 24/7/call out service, 365 days a year, with each client being given a dedicated response number.
