This project was the strip out and refurbishment to a high specification Cat A standard enhancing the value of the property. The installation was a design and build project which offered complete flexibility for subletting of floors for multi-tenancy occupation.

This project included the following elements

  • LV – New LV infrastructure installation which included rising busbars. Subfloor split demise Distribution systems and metering.
  • Small Power – General and specialist power supplies.
  • Lighting – Full lighting installation and programmable lighting control system. Installation of Architectural lighting for core, reception and Atrium areas. Specialist external lighting design to enhance building facade
  • Fire Alarm – A full L1 system was installed on this project.
  • CCTV/Security – Full building coverage on the CCTV and full intruder alarm installation covering the full building.
  • Access Control – Full site access control was installed on this project
