This project was the Cat A and Shell fit out for two industrial warehouse units which together provided over 50,000 sq meters of accommodation to let.

This project included the following elements

  • LV – New LV infrastructure installation for the Landlord and Cat A fit out and future proofing for Tenant Cat B installations
  • Small Power – General and specialist power supplies for dock leveler equipment
  • Lighting – Full lighting installation and smart lighting control system. Installation of Architectural lighting for core and reception areas. Specialist external lighting design for service yards, estate roadway and building elevations
  • Fire Alarm – A full L2 system was installed with facility for expansion for incoming tenants requirements
  • Security – Access Control and intruder alarm systems fitted
